FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Wanting to join the Innerwork Program but need a bit more information before you apply.  Here are some of our most frequently asked questions by participants.

Is this program really free? What’s the catch?

There is no cost to you for joining and participating in the Innerwork program..  Sociii is a charity and raises money through corporate sponsors and donors to run the program at no cost to the participants.

We know your time is limited and unpredictable, this program was designed with that in mind. You’ll have one 1-on-1 coaching session most weeks in the first 3 months, and group sessions after that which are every fortnight. You also get access to replays, so if you can’t join the group sessions live, you don’t miss out. It’s flexible and manageable, even for mums juggling a lot.

We totally understand that life happens. If you let your coach know in advance, we’ll work with you to reschedule your session. The only time we’d reconsider your spot is if you regularly miss sessions without notice, as that limits access for others on the waitlist who are ready to fully commit.

Every coach in the program is carefully selected.

They’re experienced in working with women from all walks of life, especially those who have lived through overwhelm, burnout, abuse, and self-doubt. You can expect your coach to be respectful, compassionate, and completely non-judgemental.

That’s okay. Many women feel nervous at first. You’re never forced to share, and we encourage you to take what you need and participate at your own pace. You might be surprised how healing it is to simply listen and be reminded that you’re not alone. You can just show up, camera off, and ease in when you’re ready.

We value your privacy and understand that there will be information that is very sensitive.  Everything you say in both private and group sessions is kept strictly confidential and everyone signs a confidentiality agreement when joining the course.

If we share anything to support educating people about the program, it will not be identifiable, we keep all identities anonymous and we will always seek your permission.

That’s exactly why this exists.  It’s about helping you reclaim your confidence, reset your mindset, and start creating a life you feel good in on your own terms. We’ve seen women go from surviving to thriving breaking patterns, leaving toxic relationships, starting businesses, or just finally feeling okay. You don’t have to do it alone anymore.

No, whilst some of our mothers have been referred by a local community organisation or service provider, there is no requirement for you to be on Centrelink or signed with a service provider to join our program.

If you feel like you won’t benefit immediately due to health concerns, you can defer your application to when you are ready to commit to the program.  We enrol new participants on a quarterly basis throughout the year so there will be a program available for when you are ready.

Totally valid. Therapy is powerful, and it’s not the only way. Coaching in this program is practical, trauma-informed, and action-oriented. We’ll look at patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you and give you tools to gently shift them. It’s less about analysing and more about transforming how you think, feel, and show up.

No. This isn’t about rehashing trauma or digging up the past unless you choose to. Our work focuses on what’s happening now, what’s holding you back, and how we can help you move forward. You stay in control of what you share, always.
